ROVING & SHOW CHARACTERS
OLD CODGER
One cheeky, forgetful, beguiling old waiter/servant
whose talents seem endless.
Being a corporate magician has done one hour shows from his pockets.
Comedian, award winning poet, singer, dancer, fire eater etc… He’s a charmer and loose cannon of inoffensive wit.
Suits adults, corporate and too cool for clown teenagers.
A Dudley Do-right by-laws officer with his oversized captain’s hat and rave shorts.
He books parents because children are illegal and delights families with his outrageous citations and quirky penalties.
Does pocket magic, baloonimals, serenading, dance, poetry, who knows.
BIGFOOT
A nine to twelve foot gentleman (telescopic stilts).
All characters can appear on stilts.
FRED UPSTAIRES
Looking like Fred Astaire’s brother, almost one of the ‘Tap Dogs’, he really sings, really dances, really well.
Serenading ladies at the drop of his hat, occasionally finds a Ginger in the audience. Has been known to hip hop with teenagers.
Elvis: A mostly interactive 20 min (6 songs)
show. Gets the audience not only singing along, but providing backing
effects. First performed while working cabaret in Japan for 6 months.
Singing and dancing since he was 4, you’ll think you’re seeing the King
all shook up.
